THE PROBLEM
Meal plans don't work...
…at least not for you.
Sure, you like the idea of a meal plan,
but at the end of the day, typical plans don't fit your unconventional life.
No matter how hard you try, the usual meal planning apps, kits, and systems just don't work for you...
You hate deciding what's for supper, even though your kitchen shelves are filled with cookbooks
You don't have time to run to the grocery store every time you want to make a meal.
You tired of buying veggies when you’re drowning in zucchini and cabbage from the garden.
You try to eat seasonally, so recipes calling for strawberries in December or oranges in July don’t make sense.
Your life has tons of moving pieces, so following a weekly set-in-stone structure is nearly impossible.
And now your inability to map out meals has left you feeling like a meal plan failure.
So what if I told you that you're actually in very good company?
Most people feel stressed out by meal planning because the industrial food system has put us into a box (literally and figuratively).
But it's not your fault.
Corporations have spent millions of dollars over the decades to convince us we need an all-knowing authority to tell us exactly how and what to eat.
But what if.... that's not true?
What if you could cook nutritious meals on the fly without fancy ingredients, restrictive plans, or even a recipe?
How amazing would it feel to be able to cook anything you want with the ingredients in your kitchen right now?
(It'd be a game changer, wouldn't it?)
If you ever watched your grandmother cook, you probably saw her adding a dash of this and a pinch of that.
When I began to dig into heritage cookbooks, I realized most cookbooks didn't include oven temperatures or exact quantities-- everything was a "suggestion."
And I began to grasp the most important old-fashioned kitchen secret of all:
The best home cooks of yesteryear cooked by feel, not by formula.
BENEFITS
When You Learn to Cook by Feel, You Will:
Save up to $13,000 year by preparing food at home instead of eating out (source)
Never feel stressed by supper time again.
Become less reliant on processed, industrial foods
Feel infinitely better because you’re eating food from the earth, not the factory
Cancel your pricey meal kit services
Make fewer trips to the grocery store and spend less time in the car
You see, recipes are great, but recipes alone aren’t the solution.
(If they were, you wouldn’t be reading this.)
The most savvy home cooks have learned to follow in the footsteps of our ancestors. They can craft consistent meals based on what’s in their fridges, pantries, and gardens without stressing over what to cook.
They don’t need recipes because they’ve mastered the art of intuitively weaving ingredients together.
And now so can you.
That’s why I'm SO ridiculously excited to bring you...

JILL WINGER
As a wife, homeschool mom of 3, and owner of multiple businesses, I don’t have the time (or desire) to spend all day in the kitchen (yes, even though I’ve written a best-selling cookbook!) This is exactly why I've been on a mission for the last decade to streamline these timeless kitchen skills so even busy modern folks like us can make them a part of our regular routines. Meal Craft takes the concepts I’ve been using for the last decade and distills them into a plug-and-play framework you can bring into your own kitchen. I can't wait for you to give these old-fashioned frameworks a try and see how they transform your weekly meal routine!
You don’t need to be a master chef (or have any kitchen skills at all) to use these frameworks
They are completely plug-and-play. Open the framework and off you go.
They will be obscenely useful (and probably covered in food splatters if you print them off)
You can cancel anytime, no hassle no problem. Just email us at

Frequently Asked Questions.
How are the frameworks delivered?
You’ll get an email each month with a link to the member's area where that month's frameworks are housed.
Can I print them?
You bet! Each framework is formatted into a PDF so you can easily print them (we've even included a matching binder cover page for you). Or, simple store them in a folder on your computer so they're easy to find.
Is this different than your cooking courses?
YES. My other courses focus on teaching specific heritage kitchen skills (think canning, fermenting, or making sourdough bread). While those skills are handy, they only go so far in helping you get meals on the table each night. Meal Craft brings these skills together with the ingredients you have on hand to help you meal plan and prep with a ton of flexibility and fluidity.
How much time should I allocate to learning to use the system?
Meal Craft is 100% plug-and-play, which means you can open the frameworks and start cooking immediately. I do recommend working through the Working Pantry materials at some point, as having a well-stocked pantry will save you tons of time in the long run. But it's not a requirement to start using the frameworks.
What if I hate cooking?
That’s okay! In fact, hating cooking is the #1 reason you should join. Because let’s face it-- even if you hate the kitchen, you still gotta eat. You might as well put food on the table in the least painful way possible, right?
Do I need to have a homestead or garden to use these?
Not at all. If you are growing your own food of any kind, the frameworks will be insanely helpful in putting that food to good use. Otherwise, the groceries you buy at the store or farmer’s market will work beautifully.
Will the frameworks help me decide what to cook each week?
Absolutely! But they aren’t your typical structured plan. The goal of Meal Craft is to help you learn to cook by feel. So each framework starts with a concept you can endlessly customize and use again and again.
Only four recipes for a whole month??
Keep in mind these are frameworks-- not typical recipes. This means they are endlessly customizable and can be used repeatedly with so many different ingredient options, your family will hardly recognize them even if you were to make them multiple times in a given week. And as your library grows, you can mix-and-match all the different frameworks for a never-ending collection of meal ideas.
You could keep dreading the daily supper dilemma...
Or you can master the art of cooking by feel instead of formula and never be left without ideas again.
There's nothing quite like the satisfaction you'll feel when you can sit around the table with your family at the end of a long day and share a wholesome, homemade meal.
I can’t wait to work together to banish suppertime stress, once and for all.
Peace, Love, and Mason Jars,
-Jill

"We made the empanadas last night and they were a huge hit! It was my first time making them, and the dough and filling were spot on."
